Delete your Ryven account
You can delete your account and associated personal data directly in Ryven, or send us a deletion request if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete in the app
- Open Ryven and select Profile.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Select Delete account under Privacy & Data.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address associated with your Ryven account. We may request limited information to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Ryven deletes the account and personal data associated with it, including saved activity that is not required for an approved legal or safety purpose. Safety records may be retained when needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties, as described in our Privacy Policy.
